The weather forecast for today was wrong! Instead of light wind we got light wind and hard rain with powerful gusts. The race commitee started 2 races and has to use black flag again to get the fleet of 55 boats on the race course. POL 90 showed again great pace and form and took the gun in both races.

Day 7 – 4 races today?
The wind forecast for today is encouraging: 7-8 kns from Northeast, shifting to the East and getting stronger during the day up to 15 kns in gusts. The race committee has scheduled 4 races for the penultimate day of the World Cup.

Because of the decreasing wind and the social event this evening only one of the two scheduled races started. After the negotiation of the protests by the International Jury here the intermediate result after 5 races:

Day 6 – Race 5 – Provisional result
The 6th day of the Micro World Championship 2014 started with rain 🙁 After the rain it took some time for the wind to build up again. The Race Commitee had to postpone to start for Race 5 until fair wind conditions were back again over the race course. After a general recall of the first start the race commitee hoist black flag for the second try.
